PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Investors will hold shares in PFM Tarneit Syndicate Pty Ltd with an issue price of $1.00 per share. The number of shares each investor will hold will be based on the dollar value of funds contributed divided by the share issue price. 

PFM Asset Management Pty Ltd will manage the project on behalf of investors. It is a subsidiary of Property Funds Management Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 166 548 661. AFSL 453 825).
